Because our services are customized and time is reserved specifically for each booking, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our clients and our cleaning team.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, please contact us at kellycleaningservice2@gmail.com within 24 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, schedule a free re-cleaning of the affected area. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis only when a re-cleaning cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Residential and Commercial Cleanings:

Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before your appointment will not incur any fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and will be charged the full service amount.

Vacation Rental Turnovers:

Due to the time-sensitive nature of turnover cleanings, cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

3. Customized Pricing
All quotes provided through our website, Angi profile, or direct communication are custom estimates based on the size, condition, and scope of work. Once approved and scheduled, the quoted amount represents a commitment of time and resources. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or for partial completion caused by inaccurate information provided by the client (e.g., undisclosed property size, conditions, or access issues).
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, emergencies, or natural disasters) that prevent service delivery, Kelly’s Cleaning Service LLC will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
6. Insurance and Certification
Kelly’s Cleaning Service LLC is fully insured and certified in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Proof of insurance and certification will be provided upon request, ensuring peace of mind and professionalism in every service we provide.
